Basic Information Survey (BIS)

Each participating credit union must complete a Basic Information Survey (BIS). All registrants received an email with a link to the Roundtable Forum meeting page, where the survey can be completed online.

Roundtable Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing by September 11, 2026 incur a $175 administrative fee. Due to financial obligations incurred by NACUC, no refunds or credits will be issued on any cancellation requests made less than 30 days prior to the start of the event. Substitutions are welcome, subject to eligibility.
